These policies govern all transactions and data handling across the BrewBuy platform.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since BrewBuy deals exclusively in instantly downloadable digital goods, we do not accept cancellation requests once an order has been successfully placed and the digital assets have been securely delivered or made available in your Vault.

Eligible Refund Conditions

  • Corrupted Files: The downloaded ZIP file or document is completely inaccessible, and our support team cannot provide a working copy within 48 hours.
  • Product Mismatch: The delivered code or bundle fundamentally differs from the technical description provided on the product page.
  • Duplicate Payment: A technical error resulted in you being charged twice for the exact same transaction.

How to Request a Refund

If your issue falls under the above criteria, please email us within 7 days of your purchase. Include your Order ID, email address, and a detailed description (with screenshots if applicable).

  • Payment Information: We do NOT store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI IDs. All payment data is securely processed via our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, Razorpay.
